- Merp Merp Added March 18, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Total nightmare. Quality of trades they used left a lot to be desired. 5 years later we are still getting things repaired in a new house and huge list of things that were overlooked that were on the original plan but they did it their own way.
Got to the final build payment. He promised to fix and complete everything as per the contract. We agreed to pay him first. Huge mistake. All of a sudden one trade every month would show up. Would take forever to get anything done and it's still not completed to this day as he wouldn't get back to us over phone or email. In person he was never available apparently. Dodgey owner. I'd never recommend anyone build with Shire Homes unless you have a huge amount of money cos this guy doesn't care about keeping the customer happy or honoring a contract. - Southcentralkiteboarders Added March 13, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★Shane from Shire Homes is excellent, I have used Shane for referrals to clients for years and he builds quality homes and is very personable.
