  I came in on the weekend and the store was very busy but the service I got was amazing, the assistants and pharmacist was very knowledgeable and gave attentive very thorough information/service.
  I felt genuinely cared for.
  Amazing staff very knowledgeable.
  Definitely will be returning. Very impressed

  I had a very unfortunate experience caused by this chemist whereby a previously used prescription injection was dispensed to me and I only found this out after I had attempted to reuse it on myself. I complained to the Pharmacist who were very apologetic when this occurred. As a precaution my doctor recommended that I be tested for any possible diseases that I could have contracted by attempting to inject a preused needle. The pharmacist had told me it was unlikely that I had contracted anything but my doctor advised me to have testing to ensure this was the case. I was amazed today when I rang the chemist today to ask if I could be provided another injection to replace the used one they dispensed. An assistant who said her name was 'Jackie' was very rude and even shouted over me while I was attempting to ask to be contacted by the Pharmacist.
  This behaviour was completely lacking in empathy and basic courtesy in customer service.

  Around nine months ago I had a most unpleasant experience here with a female pharmacist. I considered her rudeness and unprofessionalism to be so bad that I decided never to return, despite the fact that the store is convenient for me to access. I have since broken this resolve, and have shopped there on two more occasions, the second being this afternoon. The service was very slow indeed. I dropped in my prescriptions to be filled, went to the supermarket, returned and then waited again, with no acknowledgement of or apology for the delay.The incredibly rude pharmacist was on duty again today.

  Today I had a most unpleasant experience here with the female pharmacist. I considered her rude and unprofessional. I have decided never to return, despite the fact that the store is very close to me.

  This is the worst pharmacy in Adelaide. Staffs are very rude.
